Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, include:

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and order information at checkout. SipSense is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
